This workshop introduces participants to the fundamental mindset of agile. This workshop also presents the opportunity to make use of key concepts and techniques in the Agile way of doing things.
At the end of this session you should be able to:
• Appreciate the 4 values and 12 principles of the Agile mindset
• Describe the 3 Pillars, 3 Roles, 4 Ceremonies and 3 artifacts used in Scrum
• Write good user stories applying the INVEST criteria
• Use retrospective tools & techniques for continuous improvement
