This
slide illustrates some of those enablers to achieving the goals and guiding
principles of our service delivery. Not a lot of new information here… this
is intended to provide a visual reminder that it is the effective combination
of organization, model, and processes that will allow us to achieve success,
and to remind us that the customer views us not as an organizational chart,
but as the services he/she receives at their desktop and the help they
receive when they need it.
